HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME? 

The delivery time depends on where your item is coming from:

1. Products from China Warehouse:

Orders containing products shipped from our China warehouse typically undergo processing within 2-5 working days. Once processed, the shipping time is estimated to be 5-10 working days, resulting in a total timeframe of 7 to 15 working days for delivery.

2. Products from South Africa Warehouse:

Orders containing products shipped from our South Africa warehouse are processed within 1-2 working days. Following processing, the estimated shipping time is 1-5 working days, resulting in delivery within approximately 2 to 7 working days.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather,customs etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

3. Will I Receive a tracking number? 

Yes, All orders have a tracking number. Tracking number will be provided by way of email.

4. Do I have to pay customs fees? 

No customs chargers are payable, the custom fees are paid by us, not you as the client.

5. If you've entered an incorrect address: 

If you've made an error in entering your address, don't worry! Simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details, and we'll update it accordingly.

Address Correction: Should you realize that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us promptly. We can make necessary corrections within 24 hours during the processing period. Acting swiftly ensures that your order is directed to the right location.

Tracking Assistance: For assistance with tracking your order or any other queries, feel free to contact us. Our customer service team is available to provide you with the support you need.

6. About Return or Exchange Shipping Fees:

If the return or exchange is due to issues with the product quality, such as damage or stains, Affordable-Buy will cover the full cost of return shipping. However, if the return is initiated due to reasons such as purchasing the wrong item, items not being suitable, or simply a change of mind, the return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
